1.Peel your bananas and place them in a blender. 
2.Add Half Cup Cold water,1 Cup of milk and 3 drops of vanilla essence, lastly add sugar and blend for one minute. 
3.Add in a cup then place your in a freezer.Drink cold.

Potatoes: I used Irish Potatoes for this recipe. Feel free to use Yukon Gold potatoes, Russets or red potatoes because they always work greatly. I always peel my potatoes.i have noticed that some people like cooking their potatoes with skin on.it's entirely up to you if you prefer peeling potatoes skins or not.
Sweet Potatoes: OMG! Sweet potatoes in potato salad? That's homemade Potato salad for you.you get to decide on the ingredients.i wanted that extra sweetness so I added sweet potatoes and papaya. This is optional though.
Carrot: Love carrots in your potato salad ?then make use of carrots. Don't like carrots in your potato salad or in your mashed potatoes ? Then omit Carrots
Papaya:I don't know if anyone ever adds papaya in their Potato Salad,but damn I wanted to see how this recipe would come out if I added papaya.the result? Delicious babe.
Black Pepper:I can't imagine Potato Salad without black pepper.
Adding or sprinkling black pepper in your potato salad is a traditional.i don't know how it came about but the salads always look whitish,a little black on the salads always make the Potato Salad attractive.dont mind me.😜
Apple: I made this Salad with apple cider vinegar but any vinegar like white vinegar of red wine vinegar can work well.
Mayonnaise: I am sure I have mentioned on other posts that I am not a fan of mayo,but my mayo eating game has improved over the past months,at least I do manage to eat Mayo compared to years ago.if you are not a mayo fan do not force yourself to eat mayonnaise.you can simply replace mayonnaise with plain Greek yogurt or sour milk.

This chicken chapati roll recipe is made by by mixing stir fried chicken and a variety of vegetables.
If you do not have the time to make Chapati,you can simply buy premade chapatis and in no time you'll have the best chicken chapati roll.

Ingredients
  • Chicken Breast
  • All purpose flour
  • Cooking oil
  • Black pepper
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Mayonnaise
  • Garlic Sauce
  • Baby Spinach
  • Milk
  • Cucumber
  • Salt
Instructions
1. In a large bowl,add all purpose flour and salt,add cooking oil and water.using your hand mix the ingredients to make a soft dough . 

 2. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface until it's soft. Divide the dough into 10 parts.Roll each piece into a ball.Let it rest for a few minutes.

 3. Heat a pan over medium heat until hot,and grease lightly.on a lightly floured surface,use a floured rolling pin to roll out the balls of the dough until very thin.

 4. When the pan starts smoking,put chapati.cook for 30 minutes until the underside has brown spots,then flip and cook on the other side. Continue with the remaining dough.

 For the filling: 

 1. Slice the chicken breasts in strips,add black pepper and garlic.stir fry for 15 minutes. 2. Slice cubes of butter, sprinkle in some flour and stir to make a paste.add grated garlic and milk.continue to stir.your garlic sauce will be ready in 5 minutes. Ingredients
  • 2 Cups All-purposs flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 grams of margarine
  • Two lemon zest
  • Raising
  • 1/2 cup icing sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 500 mls of milk
  • Pinch of salt
Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl add melted butter and icing sugar,begin to whisk til creamy,add eggs one at a time then add lemon zest and Raisings.whisk til everything is smooth. 

2. Add flour,baking powder and salt in a separate mixing.mix together thoroughly then pour into the butter mixture. 

3. Continue to mix then lastly add milk,mix til smooth. 


4. Preheat oven for 3 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius. 

5. Add your mixture in your baking tin.reduce your oven to 170 degrees Celsius and put your baking tin in. Bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle icing sugar

Oh these muffins should automatically be called Red Velvet Cream Cheese Muffin Recipe because they have the perfect amount of cream cheese.

Ingredients
  • 2 Cups All-purposs flour
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1 Cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla essence
  • Half cup melted butter
  • 1 bottle food coloring
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180°.Line muffin liners and set aside. 
2. In a bowl, whisk together flour,brown sugar, baking powder, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. 
3. In a separate bowl,whisk together eggs, vanilla essence, buttermilk and food color. 
4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir in melted butter.stir the butter until combined. 
5. Stir the batter among the muffin tins and bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. 6. Allow the muffins to cool then serve.you can serve with a cup of coffee or a cup of milk.

Chocolate Cake isn't a ordinary cake because once you mess up everything goes bad. The reality is, a good chocolate cake is hard to come by. I have tried many cake recipes but the majority of them didn't give me the satisfactory I  wanted, the results made me avoid baking chocolate cakes - but with time and a lot of adjustments I finally settled with this recipe, the results are just amazing. Photos don't lie y'all, this cake is just as good as it looks.

Chocolate Fudge Cake Recipe

I used simple to find but perfect Ingredients.
For this recipe I used.

  • White granulated sugar
  • unsweetened cocoa powder
  • baking powder
  • vegetable oil
  • pure vanilla extract
  • milk
  • instant coffee powder
  • heavy cream
  • dark chocolate chips
Flour: Just like with my many chocolate cake recipes I went for all purpose flour.
Sugar: White granulated sugar or you can use natural graduated baking sweetener. 
Cocoa powder: A teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa powder.
Baking powder: 2 teaspoons of baking powder. If I had used both baking powder and baking soda then I would have added a teaspoon of baking powder and a teaspoon of baking soda.
Salt: Salt adds to the flavour. I added a teaspoon of salt.
Oil: I always used oil in my chocolate cakes because of how drying cocoa powder is.
Eggs: 2 eggs at room temperature.
Vanilla extract: What's a chocolate cake recipe without that vanilla flavour?
Milk: I always used full cream milk in most of my cake recipes but other bakers prefer using buttercream.
Water: It's a custom that you use hot water in your chocolate cake. There are no two ways about it.
Coffee powder: I added 2 teaspoons of instant coffee powder.
Heavy cream & Chocolate chips: The heavy cream and chocolate chips is for the ganache.

How to make Chocolate Fudge Cake


Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Whisk thoroughly til combined. 
2. In a separate bowl mix eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix til smooth. Your your wet ingredients to your flour mixture and mix.
3. Heat a cup of water on the stove or using an electrical kettle. Add 2 teaspoons of instant coffee powder to a cup of hot water. Mix til a perfect coffee is formed.
4. Pour the coffee into the flour mixture and mix til smooth and glossy.
5. Lightly grease an 8 inch round cake pan with non-stick cooking oil spray or grease with cooking oil.
6. Pour the cake batter into the prepared pan. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes.
7. Insert a toothpick in the middle of the cake. When your cake is ready your toothpick will come out semi-clean with small amount of cake (not runny batter).
8. Remove the cake from the oven once it's ready. Allow to cool for 20 minutes. Transfer your cake from the pan to a wire rank, let it cool completely before frosting.

How To Make Chocolate Ganache
Made with just two ingredients, this Ganache Recipe is very simple to put together.

1. Pour heavy cream into a small saucepan and heat on low heat for a few minutes.once the cream is hot, turn off the stove and take the sauce pan off the heat.
2. Add in the chocolate chips. Cover the saucepan with a lid and let it sir for 5 minutes to soften the chocolate.
3. Uncover and stir slowly with a spatula or a wooden spoon gradually mixing faster until the ganache is smooth, creamy and glossy.
4. Refrigerate for an hour until thick enough to spread evenly over the cake.
How to store Chocolate Ganache.
Store in a airtight container and refrigerate for up to one month. Freeze for up to two months.

How to make Red Velvet Cake

I used perfect ingredients,perfect measures and above all,I made it with love.
Vegetable oil
Castor sugar

Eggs  eggs are key components in every cake

Plain flour  you can use plain flour,also known as all purpose flour or you can cake flour.

Baking soda  Like eggs, baking soda is a key component in this recipe

Baking powder  A lot of ingredients only use baking soda but I used both.
Taste?it was delicious

Cocoa Powder   you know what makes red velvet cake special?because it uses the same ingredients a chocolate cake uses but with more ingredients in it.

Buttermilk  buttermilk is a major component in red velvet cake, it's a must have baby but if you don't have buttermilk you can use lacto your cake will taste as good.

Vinegar  ugh hate the smell of vinegar but with all the ingredients whisk together,the smell of vinegar is absolutely unnoticeable.

Vanilla  another must have ingredient.

Food Color There are a lot of food colors in the market but I used gel food color

Icing sugar  Almost the cakes use icing sugar but a lot of times I've used sugar to make biscuits,if sugar can work for biscuits it can work for cakes as well.
But for this recipe,I used icing sugar not sugar

Margarine - You can use any type of butter,and if you don't have butter,you can use cooking oil.
Cooking oil is a good substitute for butter.

Cream Cheese  Cream Cheese gives you a perfect red velvet cake and that cake moist

Lemon juice  Just like lemon cake, right?another reason why red velvet cake is special.
The lemon gave the cake a more delicious taste

  • 500g icing sugar
  • 200g margarine
  • 125g Cream Cheese Plain
  • A dash of lemon Juice


INSTRUCTIONS

Put oil,eggs,castor sugar, vannila,food color and vinegar in a large mixing bowl,whisk   the mixture until smooth and  fluffy
In a separate bowl add flour,salt,cocoa powder, baking soda and baking powder  Add half of the dry ingredients to your mixture then add a cup of buttermilk
Add the other half of dry ingredients,whisk til thick then add half cup of buttermilk
Make sure the mixture isn't watery
Add your ingredients in a cake pan then heat the oven to 180 degrees then bake your    cake for 45 minutes
For your cream cheese,put your butter in a mixing bowl then add icing sugar,whisk then          add your lemon juice.
Whisk til smooth and fluffy,don't over mix though 😜
