Chips/Fries Recipe, Samosa,Carrots and Green Beans Recipe



Today I fried chips,Made Samosa,cooked Green beans and carrots.
I didn't expect the presentation to be this good ✊
This food was as delicious as it looks.

Chips/fries.


Ingredients
•10 large potatoes
•Spice of your choice
•Cooking oil
• Salt
•Black pepper
•Vinegar

Method

Wash the potatoes then start peeling,put every peeled potato in water to avoid the potato turning brownish.
When you are done peeling watch the potatoes

Cut the potatoes into strips then Soak in 1/3 water and Vinegar for 10-40 minutes.
Sprinkle Salt and black pepper or any spice of your choice then deep fry.

Boil carrots for a minute then add green beans for 1 minute then drain the water.cook cream for mushroom soup.
When desired consistency is achieved place in a boil then add your vegetables.

Nicely arrange your Carrots and Green beans for that beautiful presentable look.

Samosa
Ingredients.
•3 cups flour
•1 cup water
•Salt
•onion
•green pepper
•Garlic
•Ginger.

Method

Cut onion into small parts then chop them,put oil in a pan ,fry onion mixed with green pepper,while frying add ginger and garlic.

Make your samosa dough,add enough flour to make sure the dough isn't sticking in your hands.
Roll it with a rolling pin until it's flat,add a bit of oil in the pan
Start folding and filling your samosa then deep fry.
