This chicken chapati roll recipe is made by by mixing stir fried chicken and a variety of vegetables.

Ingredients
  • Chicken Breast
  • All purpose flour
  • Cooking oil
  • Black pepper
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Mayonnaise
  • Garlic Sauce
  • Baby Spinach
  • Milk
  • Cucumber
  • Salt
Instructions
1. In a large bowl,add all purpose flour and salt,add cooking oil and water.using your hand mix the ingredients to make a soft dough . 

 2. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface until it's soft. Divide the dough into 10 parts.Roll each piece into a ball.Let it rest for a few minutes.

 3. Heat a pan over medium heat until hot,and grease lightly.on a lightly floured surface,use a floured rolling pin to roll out the balls of the dough until very thin.

 4. When the pan starts smoking,put chapati.cook for 30 minutes until the underside has brown spots,then flip and cook on the other side. Continue with the remaining dough.

 For the filling: 

 1. Slice the chicken breasts in strips,add black pepper and garlic.stir fry for 15 minutes. 2. Slice cubes of butter, sprinkle in some flour and stir to make a paste.add grated garlic and milk.continue to stir.your garlic sauce will be ready in 5 minutes. Wraps / Rolls First layer will be your garlic sauce.then add your chicken strips, tomatoes,onion,green pepper, cucumber and baby spinach. Then roll the chapati.
