Homemade Mango Juice Recipe

Mango Juice is a great way of preserving mangoes.

Benefits of Mangoes
-Mangoes are a great source of Vitamin C and A.
-They are low-calorie fruits that are high in fibre.
-They contain B6,Iron,Calcium,Zinc,Folate,and vitamin E.
-Mangoes boost immunity
-They improve Digestive
-They improve Eye sight.
-They lower risks of certaon cancers
-They make hair strong and Health
Home made Mango juice.


Ingredients
•Ripe mangoes
•Milk/ water
•Sugar

Instructions
Peel then cut the mangoes
Blend until smooth
Sieve then blend again while adding water or milk.
Add sugar to taste.
Add your juice in the fridge til chill.

  5. we are abundant with mangoes here. homemade mango juice is truly delicious. aside from making this one, we also make mango float :) mangoes mixed with cream, milk and graham crackers. so yummy!
