Baked Potatoes wedges with Hungarian Sausage and egg salads

Baked Potatoes wedges with Hungarian Sausage and Egg salads.

•5 large potatoes
•Hugarian Sausage
•Barbeque Spice
•Black pepper

Method Of Preparation
Wash potatoes,peel then cut into your desired shape.
Boil potatoes for 5 minutes,remove your potatoes from the  stove then seasone with barbeque,black pepper and Parsley

Put your seasoned potatoes in the oven and grill for 10 minutes.

Boil the eggs then remove the shells and cut the eggs.
Add polony,cheese,red onion,green pepper,mayonnaise, mustard sauce and then mix together in a bowl then garnish with dried Parsley.

Wash your sausage,make slits and then grill for 5 minutes.
