Balsamic Steak with spiced Rice Recipe

• 3 Cups Rice
• 1 tablespoon of cooking oil.
• 1 tablespoon of salt.
• 1 Tablespoon Tumeric
• Rice spice
• 2 diced Garlic cloves
• Rosemary
• Balsamic Vinegar
• Beef steak
• Red Wine
• Water
• Rice
• Fresh Cream

Rice Method.

Put a medium sized  saucepan on heat,bring water to boil.
Wash rice.
Add 1 tablespoon cooking oil,1 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon of tumeric, 1 Tablespoon of rice spice and lastly add rice.

Wait til rice is tender and water is absorbed then remove from heat.

Steak Method.
Marinate the steak in a bowl with a tablespoon of oil,2 diced Garlic cloves and rosemary,
Add some balsamic vinegar.
Marinate for 30 minutes then fry in a pan until cooked to desired level.
Use the remainder of the marinate to make sauce.

Add some red wine and let it simmer then add some tomato paste and fresh cream.
Simmer for 2 minutes and serve.
Serve warm.
