MUSTARD CHICKEN CASSEROLE (POULET MOUTARDE)

Ingredients
•Chicken thighs
•Rosemary
•ginger
•garlic
•black pepper
•olive oil
parsley
Tomatoes
onions
carrots
•chili
chicken stock
Method

- Marinate your thighs for 2 -3 hours in Mustard paste,Rosemary, mixed spice, ginger + garlic paste, grounded black pepper.
- Sear the thighs in mildly heated olive oil 3 minutes on each side. 
- Make a sauce with Tomatoes, onions, carrots, one dry chili, chicken stock, crushed garlic, soy sauce and parsley
- Put your seared chicken in your ceramic bowl in the sauce and and add some water and put in a 250 degrees heated oven with a tightly covered foil paper and cook for  80 minutes until soup thickens... then you are done.
