Cow Feet Stew - Beef Trotters
Cow Feet are unique, I have honestly never met a single soul who does not love them, well unless those who have never tasted it, the moment you taste cow feet stew you'll get hooked.
Cow feet stew is know by many names including beef trotters, trotters, cow feet, cow trotters and cow hooves. If you have a name you call them, different from the ones I have mentioned then let me know in the comments 👇
My mom used to cook beef trotters and she would cook beans then mix the two, the taste of this combination was honestly out of this would, I would definitely love to beef trotters mixed with beans.😊 My mom is in her mid 40s so she is still very strong and I doubt she would refuse if I was to ask her to cook cow hooves mixed with beans. 🤗🤗
Trotters are very common in African, I have heard they are common in Asia and the Caribbean too. I am all about multi-cuisine so I would love to know how it's prepared in other parts of the world.
