Cow Feet Stew recipe

I don't know if this food is popular in other parts of the world but it's super popular in African countries.
I love cow feet, unfortunately I don't get to eat this regularly,I have no idea why I don't get to cook this often.

To be honest,I haven't had cow feet in like 2 years and I feel horrible because of this.
Haha.

Anyway cow feet requires a long time to cook because it's super hard.
Enough talking let's get to the recipe.

  5. OMG! This reminds me of home! I'm a West African girl and I love cow foot stew/soup and sucking the juicy, saucy bones and ligaments...aaahhhh! Alas, I don't eat red meat anymore but this brings back so many memories.

  7. Interesting. I've not heard of using cow feet before. I love oxtails so cow feet are probably similar.
