I wanted to have something different for breakfast apart from the usual bread, buns and cookies.so I made use of the ingredients we already had in the house.
We have a garden in the backyard so it wasn't a hustle finding eggplants

Ingredients:
  • 5 Large fish
  • Potatoes
  • Green beans
  • Egg plants
  • Salt
  • Garlic
  • Instructions:
    1. Using your fish scaler or a knife scale out the fish scales
    2. Using a knife remove it's intestines and all the dirty from it's stomach
    3. Remove it's otoliths and eyes
    4. Clean the fish and season it with salt  and garlic and let it dry on a colander
    5. Heat a pan,put cooking oil and deep fry on both sides til golden brown
    6. Clean your potatoes, then start peeling
    7. Make sure you are putting them in water when you are done peeling to avoid the potatoes looking brownish
    8. Wash then cut your potatoes to your desired shape
    9. Put potatoes, water and salt in a pot and let it boil
    10. When your potatoes are ready drain the water
    11. Add butter and mixed herbs then put in the grill til a bit crispy on top
    12. Wash your egg plants and green beans separately
    13. Cut them separately
    14. Fry onion,add egg plants
    15. When the egg plants are almost done add green beans and garlic then simmer for a few seconds.

  1. This looks very good. The only thing I would change is that I would cook with skinless fish.
