Fried Fish With Cucumber, Cabbage, Carrots And Tomatoes

This is my first recipe on this kind on this blog.
I fry Fish almost every month but this is my first time I'm Sharing the recipe here.
So I hope you'll try this.

Delicious Fresh Fried Fish with boiled pumpkin, Potato and fried vegetables Recipe.


INGREDIENTS
• Fresh Fish
• Pumpkin leaves
• Potatoes
• Salt
• Butter
• Lemon
• Garlic power


PREPARING FRESH FISH

1.Peel out your fish scales using a fish scaler or a knife.
2. Using a knife remove the fish's intestines and all the dirty from the stomach.
3.Using a knife removes it's otoliths and you can remove the eyes as well if you want.
4.Clean the fish properly and put it on a colander to dry.
5.Heat a pan and put cooking oil then deep fry your fish on both sides.

POTATOES AND PUMPKINS PREPARATION

1.Wash your potatoes,then peel the skin out.
2.Wash your Potatoes after peeling and cut into your desired shape.

PUMPKIN PREPARATION
1.Wash your Pumpk and cut in half. 
2.Remove the seeds and pith.
3.Peel.

POTATOES AND PUMPKIN PREPARATION
1.Add Potatoes and pumpkin in the same pot
2.Add 2 cups of water and salt and lastly add butter.
3.Remove from heat.
4.Vagitables are stir fried with a pinch of salt, Parsley and muxed herbs.

SERVING.
Arrange your food on a plate according to your liking.
I squeezed lemon on the plate

    We have fried/baked fish every week. I will try your recipe too. Love the veggie side dish. That would really go well with the fish!
