About Fried Fish With Cucumber, Cabbage, Carrots And Tomato Salads

This tasty fried fish and salads is made with basic ingredients.
I have realised that I cooked fish really often but it's simplicity all the time.what's more this recipe is ready in 20 minutes.
There is a little problem though I can't seem to master names of fishes.i don't know if this is tilapia, all I know is that it's fish.any type of fish you use will work just fine.
How to make fried fish
Wash your fish, and dry it using a wire rank.your fish should be completely dry before you fry it because excess moisture lowers the temperature of the oil, also putting wet fish in oil created splashed which may burn you.

How to cook fried fish

Clean the fish and dry it on a wire rank.make sure you sprinkle salt and black pepper on the fish before it dries.
Heat cooking oil on a pan.when the cooking oil is ready, cook the fish for 5 minutes on both sides (It can take longer than 5 minutes if the oil temperature has reduced).
Drain the fried fish on a paper towel lined plate.

We have fried/baked fish every week. I will try your recipe too. Love the veggie side dish. That would really go well with the fish!
