How to make fluffy pancakes 

The pancakes don't have to be good,they have to be perfect.
The batter is the most important part when it comes to making fluffy pancakes.
If your batter is too thick,your pancakes will be undercooked on the I side.if the batter is too runny,the pancakes will spread out and won't fluff up.You can test the batter using a spoon,the batter should be thick but also be able to run slowly and nicely off the spoon.

Fluffy Pancakes Ingredients

√ 2 cups rising flour
√ 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
√ 1/2 cups melted butter
√ 1 cup warm milk
√ half cup sugar
√ 1 teaspoon of orange rinds
√1/4 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
√3 eggs

Just whisk together dry and wet ingredients.it's that easy and quick.

Storing Pancakes

You can make pancakes ahead of time.just cook the pancakes according to the instructions.remove from the stove and let them completely cool.wrap them using plastic wrap.place them in an airtight container or a ziplock bag.you can wrap them in stacks or individually.You can store them in the refrigerator for up to 7 days or you can freeze them for up to 1 month.

How to reheat fluffy pancakes
Simply warm them in a microwave if you want to eat them.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups rising flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cups melted butter
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • Half cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of orange rinds
  • 1/4 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
  • 3 eggs
Instructions
1. Put flour in a mixing bowl,add baking soda 
2. In a separate bowl beat eggs,add melted butter and vanilla essence. 
3. Mix with a handheld mixer til everything is mixed. 
4. Mix wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.slowly mix milk to the ingredients until smooth. 
5. Smear cooking oil or butter on the pan in order for the pancakes not to stick to the pan.heat your pan on medium heat.add pancakes in the pan on at a time using a spoon. 6. Cook on both sides
