Best Banana Bread


I noted in the banana cake recipe that I had baked banana bread however because I had been busy,I had not been capable of writing a post about it.
But here it is thank goodness.

Banana Bread Recipe

I loved this Bread Recipe,it was my first time baking a banana bread and it came out perfectly.
I cherished the recipe because it was infused with banana flavor and most of all it was super moist and soft.

Almost all of us at home are a meat pie lover,but we have recently being craving for banana bread from the time I baked the bread.

I've tried a lot of recipes,even though all of the recipes came out good  nothing beats banana bread, actually banana bread isn't the solely favourite bread I have,lemon cake is also my favorite,let me not get into important points with lemon cake, I'll talk about this next time when I have time to write another bread blog post.

I picked four sweet bananas.the more bananas you pick the extra moisture your bread will be.

How to make banana bread


Flour: I used all purpose flour.but bread or cake flour can equally yield desirable results.you can additionally use whole wheat pastry flour or white whole wheat flour if you prefer wheat nutrients.

Butter: Let me confess that I do not  have a particular butter that I use, though I would like to also point out that I have only 3 types that I use.Soften the butter by inserting it in warm water in order to get a soft butter texture

Brown Sugar: brown sugar gives the bread the extra sweetness,the baking flour takes away some sweetness from the bananas,thus brown sugar gives the bread that more sweetness,it also gives the bread moist and softness

Eggs: Eggs supply cakes,scones,cupcakes,muffins and so on a tender texture. For this recipe I used two large eggs.The amount of Eggs you'll use will depend on the amount of flour you'll use.

How to mash bananas

Wash your bananas(my obsession with washing fruits 🙈) peel and slice the bananas into small portions and place them in a mixing bowl,using a handheld mixer commence to beat your bananas til smooth.

How to freeze banana bread

Use aluminum foil or a plastic wrapping paper to wrap the bread,when done wrapping vicinity put in a storage bag or a freezing container then place in a freezer.
Note:You can freeze the bread for up to four months,write the date on a storage bag if you realize you will be freezing the bread for a longer time.this is done in order to make sure that the bread will not go bad.
By the way freeze the bread in slices so that it may not be difficult for the bread to thaw.

Unfreezing the bread

Use a toaster or microwave to heat the bread when you take it out of the freezer

This is the best banana bread,with the sweet banana flavour,soft and moist texture.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 Tablespoons of butter
  • 4 Bananas
Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 180° but adjust the oven to lower. 

 2 Grease your baking tray with butter or coat with non stick spray and set aside

 3 Cut and slice your bananas into small pieces then mash using a hand mixer 

 4 Get a mixing bowl,add flour,salt and baking powder,using a handheld mixer whisk the ingredients 

 5 In a separate bowl beat the butter and sugar together,whisk til smooth and fluffy then add eggs one at a time.beat in mashed bananas, continue to whisk til the ingredients are smooth. 

 6 Slowly Add your dry ingredients to your wet ingredients.continue to beat til smooth. 

7 Pour your mixture in the baking pan and bake for 60 minutes on low heat. 

 Note: When the bread is ready,your whole kitchen will have a nice banana aroma But dip a bread knife in your bread and if it's ready your knife will be smooth without any dough smear. Don't compromise the flavor by adding artificial flavours.banana bread taste better with just bananas.
