How To Make Mince Meat Rolls
How to make mince rolls
Let's start with the ingredients, like I mentioned earlier, you probably already have the ingredients in your pantry and in your fridge.Ingredients
√ 4 Cups of flour√ 1 Teaspoon Of Yeast
√ 1 1/4 Warm Milk
√1/4 Cups Of Melted Butter,Cooking Oil Or Margarine
√1/4 Teaspoon Of salt (Only if you used salted butter) Use 1 Teaspoon Of Salt If you use Cooking oil
√2 Tablespoons Of Sugar
√1 Egg
√ Mince Meat
√ Onion
√ Garlic
√ Brown Onion
√ Soy Sauce
Yeast - Use either active dry yeast or instant yeast.if you are using active dry yeast then activate it first.Mix the yeast with a bit of warm water/milk and sugar.stir for a few seconds and let the mixture rest for 15 minutes. If the yeast is alive,it will start emitting bubbles.if it doesn't emit bubbles then don't use it because your flour will not rise and it will make your rolls hard.
Egg - I like to brush my dinner rolls and my meat pies with a bit of egg to give them a shiny and golden brown look. You can substitute egg with melted butter.
