Quick Flourless Peanut Butter Bread! Easy to make and one of the healthiest Breads around. This peanut butter bread is made with no oil,no sugar and no flour yet it's delicious, sweet, moist, tender and it's full of peanut butter flavour.

This was the first time I was trying Peanut Butter Bread, Truth is, I didn't even know it exists but here we are. 😉 

Everyone loves bread 🍞 the only difference is the type of bread each and every individual likes. I like Milk Bread 🍞, unfortunately I have never made Milk Bread, But I'll soon do 🙂 I mean isn't that the reason why I'm a foodie. I also like banana bread Thanks goodness there is a recipe on this blog, orange bread is also one of my favorite, I might not have shared the recipe yet but I have made it once, I'll soon make it again and share the recipe with everyone 🤗

Peanut Butter Bread Recipe

I came across Flourless peanut butter bread while I was looking for bread ideas. And of course I had to try it, regrets? Not any 😊

Definitely not my fav but it's one of the healthiest Breads I have ever tasted, and truth is more are still going to come. 

This bread is gluten free. What more, it only takes minutes to prepare and a few minutes to bake. This isn't your typical bread, it's the type of bread you get when you go to a health restaurant 😬

I know the majority of us that like baking or cooking have spent a lot of hours making a meal, although it's tiresome and time consuming,I can confess that spending a lot of hours making a great meal is really satisfying.

But sometimes the only thing we want is to have a meal ready in just under an hour, there is no shame with that and there is nothing wrong with it. This bread is perfect because it's a quick bread. My love you'll be done before you even start 😜 haha.

This Bread is 100 % peanut butter flavour but you can add some other flavors



Peanut butter bread ingredients

• 4 tablespoons peanut butter

• 4 Eggs

• 2 teaspoons vanilla essence

• 3 heaped teaspoons baking powder

How TO MAKE FLOURLESS PEANUT BUTTER BREAD

Step 1.

Preheat oven to 250 degrees Celsius.

Add eggs, vanilla essence and baking powder in a bowl. Whisk the mixture, when everything is properly mixed, add peanut butter and continue to mix with a wooden spoon til smooth.


Step 2.

Transfer the mixture from a bowl to a bread tin.


Step 3.

Reduce the heat from 250 degrees Celsius to 200 degrees Celsius.


Step 4.

Place the bread tin into the oven and Bake for 25 minutes.

How to freeze peanut butter bread

Cool your bread completely and wrap in plastic wrap. Freeze in a sealed container or freezer bag for up to 3 months.

  6. Oh my gosh, I have to make this as soon as possible. I'm not into sweets, but I get my carbs from bread. Also, I'm a peanut-addict. This bread has my name written all over it - and will ruin my hips forever :-D
