How to make cinnamon rolls
My cinnamon roll recipe is simple.
These rolls are made from the following ingredients
• Flour - I used all-purpose flour, but bread flour may be used in place of all-purpose flour. I'm pretty sure the results will be the same .
• Yeast - There are two types of yeast. The first one is active dry yeast. This yeast must be proofed before it's added to the ingredients.
The second type is instant yeast. This yeast can be added to the ingredients without any proofing.
• Water - Only use lukewarm water.
• Egg - I only used one egg.
• Milk - Make sure you use lukewarm milk.
• Vegetable Oil - I avoided using too much butter so I decided to add a bit of vegetable oil.
• Butter - I used salted butter to make these rolls, however unsalted butter also works well.
• Cinnamon - Just one tablespoon of cinnamon was enough to give these cinnamon rolls their cinnamon flavor.
Brown Sugar - I used brown sugar but you can also use white sugar or granulated sugar.
Salt - Salt is a must in rolls. If you don't add salt your rolls will taste very plain.
Make ahead instructions
These cinnamon rolls can be made ahead.

Freezer Instructions
Roll and cut your cinnamon rolls and place them on a baking sheet to freeze them individually. Transfer the rolls to a plastic freezer bag once they are frozen.
Make sure they are at room temperature before you bake them.
Overnight Instructions
After rolling and cutting the cinnamon rolls place them on a greased baking pan. Cover the baking pan with a plastic wrap and place the pan in the refrigerator.
When ready to bake, remove them from the refrigerator and allow them to defrost for 1 hour.
