This smoothie is simple yet full full of flavor. This Mango Pineapple Smoothie is made with just 3 ingredients- Frozen Mango, Pineapple and Ginger.

This is some healthy Smoothie that will make you feel Healthy inside and out. This is one of my favorites smoothie because of it's nutritious nature. 

Refreshing with a tiny taste of ginger, this smoothie is yummy.

I wish I can make myself healthy smoothie every day just to cleanse my body from all the cakes and all the chocolates I have being eating lately.

I am not a fan of ginger manly because of it's smell and how it taste, I wouldn't say it tastes amazing but the reality is that ginger has great benefits and it tastes great when you actually combine it with other fruits like in this recipe.

How To Cut Pineapple

Pineapple may seem like a challenge to cut but the process is simple.


Step 1

Cup off the top using a large chef's kitchen knife.

Step 2 

Let the Pineapple rest for 20 minutes.

Place the Pineapple on a plate upside down and let it rest for 20 minutes. Resting the Pineapple upside down helps the juice to run to the bottom and allows the juice to distribute evenly.

Step 3

Cut off the other end of the Pineapple.

Step 4

Remove the skin of the Pineapple by slicing it off using a peeler.

Step 5

Lay down the Pineapple on a chopping board and cut it in half.

Step 6. 

Cut the other half then start cutting the pieces.

How To Peel Ginger

Put ginger on a chopping board and hold it on your hand. Use a peeler to scrape off the skin of the ginger . work your way around the ginger root.

NOTE: using a peeler actually helps prevent taking off the inside fresh of the ginger. You can scrape off the ginger skin using a knife but make sure you do it carefully to avoid losing the Ginger's fresh.

How Much Ginger Should I Use in a Smoothie?.

If you are not a fan of ginger then just use a small piece til you get use to the taste and the smell of ginger.

Should You Use Fresh Or Frozen Mango 

Use Frozen Mango because it gives the Smoothie a very thick texture. If you are going to use fresh Mangoes then use Ice to thicken the Smoothie.

Ways To Give This Smoothie A Creamy Texture.

To get a creamy and amazing texture use Frozen Mango, Frozen Pineapple or a combination of both Frozen Mango and Frozen Pineapple. If it's not possible for you to use frozen Mango or Frozen Pineapple then add 1 cup of ice to the blender.

Storing Pineapple Mango Ginger Smoothie

You can store this Smoothie in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.

1. Peel ginger and Pineapple using a peeler.

2. Throw frozen mango, Pineapple and ginger in the blender.
